Can you put black light fluorescent paint on regular fluorescent light bulbs?
me and my friends are throwing a party and since they dont make 8 foot black fluorescent light bulbs i was wondering if there was a paint that you could put on the regular fluorescent light blubs to make them seem like a black light?
