Industrial(?) band that toured with Bile yrs ago, Fronted by a female w/ dreads?

Saw them at the Galaxy in St. L between 5-10 yrs ago. Bile headlined, but this female fronted band rocked! She had dreads, crazy golf shorts and could scream her *** off. Any ideas?
