Did you experience this during pregnancy? Please help?

With my first pregnancy I didn't have any spotting and went on to have a healthy baby girl. With my 2nd pregnancy, I started having brown spotting at 7 weeks. Then I started spotting red at 8 weeks. At 9 weeks I miscarried.
