okay so i want to start working out for spring break, and want big arms.. so i found a FitnessRx magazine from last year because i remembered it had an intense arm workout... the problem is im a bit confused.. it has 5 bicep exercises, 5 triceps exercises, and 2 leg exercises... and.. it says " Do the Super Arm Workout once a week. Superset bi;s and tri's and train legs intermittently between supersets to optimize growth hormone and boost testosterone.Do 4 sets of each exercise"... what does this mean? someone break it down for me please..
