How can i stop being lazy?

i'm lazy at EVERYTHING! cleaning the house, doing my hw, studying, & i have social problems & insecurities too. my laziness is so bad that i used to be a special ed student because my school thought i had a learning disability since my parents said that i needed help with school because i hated school, but they weren't helping at all. i've had senioritis since i was in first grade and i'm not even a senior!! i feel bad. i'm a sopre right now and my grades are blah. my sister graduated magna *** laude and i have a bunch of scientist cousins so i know i'm smart enough to be an honors student. so please help me on like working hard and everything.
