Is there anyone who can give guidance. what do i say to invoke the goddess in circles?

what do i do for meditatiion? do i need altars or do i need anything i dont have.? parents are catholic, but dont approve. so i cant be open about it. i have no money for books. is anyone with any knowledge to lend out there?
