Tattoo Scab?

I got my third tattoo around 11 days ago in a highly recomended shop in Belfast, Northern Ireland, they told me to go home wash it and apply a layer of Bepanthen cream 3 times a day for 2 weeks, this I did and found Bepanthen had made my tattoo come out far better than the other two I have, my only concern is that I have a rose with a tribal wrapped around it and the black of the tribal and reds and white of the rose never scabbed they just pealed a little but the green has sort of scabbed its still quite raised up, I am to go back 3 weeks after I got my tattoo for a check up but just asking here incase I should go back earlier.
