Is this too much makeup for a 13 year old?

i think that's kinda too much if your skin is too oily and stuff you may HAVE to use the primer.... but if your skin is not then don't try to keep your skin really fresh and don't put too much makeup everyday like if its a normal day don't put a lot of makeup but other than that do put makeup :)) (I'm 13 and i actually don't put any makeup except in like parties and stuff )
