I NEED HELP! UNIQUE COMEBACK NEEDED!?

I have this idiot aquaintance who is dumb ..or clueless..than a a box of dried up poo. ANyone else got a sarcastic comment I can throw at her way? Cuz I asked her already if she remembers if THEY CUT HER TAIL OFF OR HER UMBILICAL CORD FIRST...and she was just like "uh huhuhuh" Im like...Ok Beavis. HELP! She can be sweet..but OMG.....annoyin as all get out!
