Need Help With Sims 2 On Nintendo DS!?

Ok, Optimum Alfred is in town and i need to defeat him..i've defeated his other robots but i must defeat him too. I've called him and he says he's in the hotel lobby but he isn't! What can i do?!!! Its so annoying!
