What's something charitable I could do for the holidays?

Last year, I built a computer for a family that couldn't afford one. Two years ago, I fundraised and bought $200 worth of gifts for a kid too poor to have much of a Christmas. What should I do this year for someone less fortunate for the holidays? I'm not rich myself, but try to do what I can.
